Race from the renowned Carding Mill Valley over the beautiful Long Mynd. All proceeds in aid of:

MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT

Not to be missed – The Mynd Mac is a one-off fell race, made possible by the kind permission of The National Trust, over a course which has not been used before.
A total of 4.5 miles and about 1360 feet of ascent.
Under FRA Rules.
10.00am start but some tent space available in the organisers'
field if you want to arrive the day before.
